So, I've been using the NetworkX python library to generate some random graphs with particular properties (in case I'm using the powerlaw cluster graph generator) and I want to incrementally expand it.

So for example, I want to make a graph with 500 nodes, then add 5 more nodes with the same properties as the rest of the graph. The generator in NetworkX doesn't allow you to submit an existing graph as input. Can anyone think of a way to accomplish this? I could export the graph into gml and then import into another library perhaps?
